Please note that Vital Wifi retain ownership of the equipment supplied and this must be returned to Vital Wifi if you decide to cancel the service.
All fees are collected using direct debit.
The £99 activation fee is payable in advance of any installation and connection work.
The monthly subscription fee is billed monthly in advance.
All prices include VAT.
The initial contract period is for 12 months, after which you can cancel the service with 30 days notice. To do this please contact support@vitalwifi.com or create a ticket via this link: https://www.vitalwifi.com/support
