Please note that Vital Wifi retain ownership of the equipment supplied and this must be returned to Vital Wifi if you decide to cancel the service.
All fees are collected using direct debit.
The £99 activation fee is payable in advance of any installation and connection work.
The monthly subscription fee is billed monthly in advance.
All prices include VAT and is payable for the full 12 months.
The pricing structure reflects the park’s operational months, with charges for those months spread evenly over a 12-month period. This means customers are charged for the operational months, but during the park’s closure, the system remains active at no additional cost.
