Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service provided by Vital Wifi, please call our Support Team on (+44) 808 280 2736 or send an e-mail to support@vitalwifi.com and we will look to resolve this for you. If the service is no longer available for any reason then we will provide the full payment minus the usage to date. To progress a full or part refund, please include details about your WiFi username, location and date of payment.
