  • Do I need to register?

    In most cases no, we like to keep things simple. The registration at each of our networks will vary so there may be some locations that require a registration to use the Wi-Fi but we will always strive to keep this as simple as possible.

  • How does Premium Wi-Fi work?

    This will depend on the Wi-Fi network you are using. Please speak to a member of staff to see what options are available to you. Some of our Wi-Fi networks offer a premium service which can be activated by voucher code or by making an online payment.

  • Connecting: Apple

    Go to your settings menu and select Wi-Fi, browse for the name of the Wi-Fi network (which will be advertised locally) and select that network.

  • Connecting: Windows

    From the desktop, select the Wi-Fi icon in the bottom right hand side of the taskbar, locate the Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks and click Connect.

  • Connecting: Mac

    Click on AirPort in the toolbar and select Turn AirPort On. Select the relevant Wi-Fi network from the list of available Wi-Fi networks.

  • I'm still having problems connecting

  • What will I need to connect?

    Any Wi-Fi device can be used to connect to a Vital Wifi network.
